I 95 north to 45th Street (exit # 74). Make a right so you are heading east. When you get to Congress Avenue make a left. Then make your first left. This takes you into the parking lot of West Palm Hospital. Look to the left, you will see our building: Columbia Medical Arts. We are on the second floor in Suite 200. To the right is Dr. Butera's office in the Columbia Professional Center Building.
From North:
