Dr. Jose A. Zuniga
Jose A Zuniga, MD graduated medical school from the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia . His Internal Medicine training was completed at Wayne State University, his Neurology training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and his Neurophysiology Fellowship training at the Montreal Neurological Institute. After completed his training he was appointed to the staff of the Henry Ford Hospital Department of Neurology.
Dr Zuniga is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at Nova Southeast University. He was the Director of the Seizure Clinics in Palm Beach County. He has participated as a sub-investigator in numerous clinical trials in several neurological disorders including Alzheimer's Disease, headaches and Multiple Sclerosis.
Dr Zuniga is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology. He is also Certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He specializes neuromuscular and immunological disorders (neuropathies, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis) and other neurological disorders including headaches, memory loss and seizures.
